We've worked closely with many of our educational partners to brief key stakeholders, decision-makers, and faculty on the many benefits GradeAssist delivers for administrators, faculty, and students. We've coordinated with IT departments to ensure that the software meets each institution's demanding technological requirements. We've collaborated with our key contacts to measure and evaluate educators' satisfaction and the overall success of each school's deployment of GradeAssist. And of course we're pleased to offer special pricing plans for multi-license agreements.

Most importantly, our goal is to ensure that the administrators and faculty using GradeAssist are satisfied throughout the license period. If you have suggestions, we'd love to hear them. If something doesn't seem to be working right, we want to fix it. If there's a question - large or small - we're available to ensure that your GradeAssist experience is as successful as possible.

SITE LICENSE FLEXIBILITY

For schools that desire to empower large numbers of faculty with the GradeAssist software, we're happy to provide a variety of site licensing options. We understand that each school's situation is unique, especially in today's environment where residential, distance learning, continuing education, and other programs co-exist, each with their own specialized needs.

No matter your school's specific combination of full- and part-time faculty, long- and short-term adjuncts, teaching assistants, and remotely-located distance learning instructors, we will work with you to structure a site licensing agreement that best fits the educational and business requirements of your institution.

CUSTOMIZING GRADEASSIST FOR A SCHOOL'S FACULTY & STUDENTS

GradeAssist is a fantastic product. But many schools often have specific educational goals, mandates, or approaches that aren't specifically reflected in the core GradeAssist products (College Writing, APA, MLA, Turabian.) If there are specific requirements that your school would like to see integrated into GradeAssist, please contact us to discuss customization options.

GRANTS: FUNDING & PARTNERSHIPS

We know that when schools are working with grant dollars, often there are many strings attached. From date-specific timelines to reporting requirements and more, it can often be quite a hassle to work with outside vendors as part of a grant process.

If you have grant dollars available (or anticipate having grant funds available in the future) and would like to use GradeAssist, please let us know. We'll work closely with your team to ensure that you receive the software at the earliest possible opportunity and are not unduly hamstrung by bureaucratic inefficiency.

Additionally, if your organization would like to apply specifically for a grant that includes funding for GradeAssist — especially for underserved or at-risk populations — we'd be pleased to explore partnering with you or supporting you with any information or materials throughout the application process.
